Goal: to develop a system for measuring and reporting mail delivery

Result: fully operational and integrated mail delivery tracking and reporting system, measuring over half a million mailings a year using CATI, a web application, a voice response module and slice-n-dice business intelligence reports.

Details: a panel of respondents are selected using a CATI interviewing system. These respondents monitor the delivery of leaflets during a predefined period. Each week they report their deliveries using a web application and a voice response system. Both systems store their data in a central database. With this database a multi-dimensional cube is created in Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Server, which the client can access using an NovaView (a multi-dimensional OLAP reporting tool).
