Bank office performance audits
For ABN AMRO

Goal: to create a system for performing interviews and generating automated reports using the clients own internet infrastructure.

Result: fully operational web-based interviewing system, performing 18.000 audit interviews and generating over 4.100 automated reports per year.

Details: each branch office is visited quarterly by a dedicated auditor workforce. During the visit, the staff and management are interviewed and the performance of the branch office is evaluated. Directly after the interviews the management receives an automated report containing the results of his or her branch office. Results are also aggregated to district and national levels.

Instead of using laptops the banks own internet infrastructure is used to access a central server, thus reducing cost, increasing flexibility to make last-minute changes, securing collected data and providing real-time project management and quality control.
