Worldwide Satellite Call Center
We built a worldwide network of market research agencies, capable of working together on a centralized CATI system, thus saving cost and increasing efficiency for international CATI market research projects. Bank office performance audits
Each ABN AMRO bank office is visited quarterly by a dedicated auditor workforce. During the visit, the staff and management are interviewed and the performance of the branch office is evaluated. Directly after the interviews the management receives an automated report containing the results of his or her branch office. Results are also aggregated to district and national levels. The auditors use existing infrastructure to access a secure web-application with which the audits are performed and managed. [more...]

Document delivery extranet
a system of securely delivering thousands of documents to a fast-changing group of hundreds of users while minimising time needed to manage the userbase and publish the reports. The documents can be accessed via a user-friendly web application resembling Windows Explorer, while security is enforced using a hierarchic authentication and authorisation system. [more...]
